You have another machine owner... great job!  The goal is to make their experience as smooth as possible right from the start.  Owning a new machine can feel overwhelming to many.  The goal of the email series is to teach them all about their machine little by little.  They can expect one email per day for 10 days! After that, they will get a reminder once per month (for their first ONE year) to help them remember to clean their machine.
