If you are ordering in INDIA, here is a list of instructions
to help you know what to do!

You will need the following information about them so they receive proper credit:
~ Name
~I.D. Number
~ E-Mail
~Phone Number

Step 1

Fill Product Application Form with all mandatory details.
Attach all mandatory documents with application form i.e. Copy of PAN Card, Identity, Bank
Information, Payment remittance acknowledgement. Etc.

Step 5

Please make sure you have the following:

  • Product Purchase Order Form
  • Direct Seller Application

In addition, you need copies of the following mandatory documents: 

  • Pan Card
  • Adhaar card or driving license or Passport
  • One cancelled Cheque or bank pass book front copy Xerox
  • ​GST Declaration and undertaking form
  • ​ID Card Application Form
